Refund policy

At Paws & Co. Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at pawsnco.shop@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale or discounted items, including Oopsie Items, are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
